Our Hi! Hager University has been recognized by the Swedish Magnet Awards

Our group university has been awarded!
Today it’s time for recognition: the Magnet Awards – the biggest nordic Employer Branding competition since 2016 - has recognised our Hi! Hager University in the category ‘People Tech’, focusing on learning to strengthen employees’ skills. This year, nearly 100 companies joined the competitionthat pays tribute to employers who make a difference. On basis of applications & materials submitted, the juries selected 3 finalists per category based on these criterias: 30% strategy & implementation, 30% creativity & 40% effect – results.

For the jury there is no doubt - Hager Group made the difference: “ During the covid pandemic, co-workers built the Group’s new platform for changing and developing the electrical world of tomorrow. True co-creation. Hager Group has involved a large number of internal ambassadors and stuck to their communications concept through all channels – keeping it clear and concise. This is a strategic investment in learning which has created great engagement, numerous ” learners” and clear results.”

“It’s a cross functional success – thanks to all teams involved! And it confirms that continuous learning and development is the way to keep succeeding. In less than one year, more than 7,563 learning experiences have been completed!” explained Carole Colin, our Hager University Senior manager.

Our Corporate University Hi! is built on academies and programmes, courses, digital learning and much more supported by a digital platform - reaching out to our 11,500+ employees all over the world.
