HAGER’s Code of Purchasing Conduct forms the basis of our business relations and is therefore a binding part of the contracts with our vendors, subcontractors and other contractual partners. We expect our business partners not only to follow the principles of this Code of Purchasing Conduct, but also to communicate them to their vendors, subcontractors and business partners, and to take reasonable measures to ensure that those stakeholders adhere to these principles.
