If you are a qualified supplier for Hager Group and are linked to Hager Group Supplier Portal via the SAP Ariba, you will be invited to participate in online auctions.

In SAP Ariba, the data transfer is performed via a formal data processing contract to comply with EU  model clauses. The EU model clauses will be presented to the supplier during the registration process and can be accepted accordingly by the supplier on SAP Ariba. SAP Ariba is certified to the Service Organization Controls (SOC) certification standard (levels 1, 2 and 3). SOC ensures the security, availability, integrity, confidentiality and privacy of services based on the internationally recognised standards ISAE 3402, SOC 1 (SSAE 16), SOC 2 and SOC 3.

A: For Hager Group suppliers the Supplier Portal is easy to use and free of charge. Create your supplier account to get onboard:

 

Upon reception of your supplier registration invitation email, click on the ‘Click Here’ link to kick off the registration process. Select ‘Sign up’ to create a Hager Group Supplier Portal account. If your company has already an Ariba account please click on ‘Log in’.

At any given time the help section is accessible, use the links and useful information sections. When your account is created, we can work together for all your sales activities in Hager Group Supplier Portal.

 

Perform the following steps to complete your login process:

Select ‘Sign up’ to create a Hager Group Supplier Portal account. If your company has already an Ariba account please click on ‘Log in’:

 

- Fill in all mandatory fields.

- Choose a username and a password.

- Agree to the SAP Terms of Use and the Ariba Privacy Statement.

- Select ‘Create account and continue’. (you will now be forwarded to Hager Group Supplier Portal registration form to be completed)

 

Once this procedure is completed you will receive a confirmation Welcome to Ariba email
